A PD Specialist is responsible for coaching, reviewing, observing and assessing early childhood educators who are applying for the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential TM and ensuring that they meet the quality requirements and are able to nurture children’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth. When a teacher is in the process of obtaining his or her CDA credential, you will serve as a vital part of the assessment process.
PD Specialists will be responsible for notifying Arabian Child of any changes in addresses and telephone numbers. Arabian Child reserves the right to remove names from the registry at its discretion if they do not meet the terms and conditions. Individuals interested in joining as a PD Specialist must meet the eligibility requirements, and they must also attend the specialized training in preparation for this role.
