โœจ Program Overview

Effective Inclusion in Early Years is an 8-hour mandatory professional development programme designed to equip early years educators with clear, practical, classroom-based strategies to include children with SEND meaningfully and effectively.

The programme is aligned with ADEK and KHDA Inclusive Education expectations and supports educators in building safe, equitable, and supportive learning environments that promote participation, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all children.

๐Ÿ“˜ About This Programme

The programme also provides a simplified, teacher-friendly introduction to Individual Support Plans (ISP/IEP), clarifying the educatorโ€™s role in implementation, review, and collaboration with families, specialists, and leadership teams.
