Please note: as the Children and Young People’s Management Pathway, this qualification does not by itself provide a new entry route into the early years workforce learners wishing to newly enter that workforce need a qualification recognised by the Department for Education as “full and relevant” (for example, an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification). This Diploma is intended for those already working in, or being prepared for, a Deputy/Manager-level leadership role.
