📋 What are the entry requirements?
- Age 18+ years.
- High school certificate + Level 2 / advanced qualification in early years (or equivalent).
- Currently working or volunteering in a licensed early years setting.
- Basic computer skills (browsing, email, online tasks).
🧒 Do I need to be working with children?
- Yes, you must complete practical hours across 3 age groups:
- Infants (birth–1 year 11 months): 25 hours
- Toddlers (2–2 years 11 months): 133 hours
- Preschool (3–5 years): 192 hours
- We recommend spreading these hours across the duration of the course.
🎒 Do I need previous experience in classroom management?
- No previous classroom management experience is required.
🙋 Will I have support if I have questions along the way?
- Yes — although this track is self-paced, you have 1:1 access to a trainer whenever you need guidance or feedback, plus a peer discussion forum for shared support.
