Arabian Child, in collaboration with the McCormick Institute for Early Childhood at National Louis University (USA), is now enrolling senior professionals for the Train-the-Trainer (ToT) Program for the Aim4Excellence™ National Director Credential.

This specialized certification pathway prepares experienced early years leaders to deliver and assess the Aim4Excellence™ credential across the GCC. Participants will gain the authority to facilitate modules, evaluate learner evidence, and represent the credential regionally.

• Score learner assignments using EOL (Evidence of Learning) rubrics

• Support learners across cultural contexts

• Facilitate discussions and guide directors in leadership development

• Maintain quality and consistency aligned with U.S. standards

You’ll complete reflection exercises, assessments, and facilitation simulations to validate your readiness.

🎯 Who Is This Course For?

This program is designed for senior-level professionals, including:

• Early childhood master trainers and consultants

• Center directors and superintendents

• Former school principals or academic deans

• Accreditation and QA specialists

• CACHE Level 5, MA, or PhD holders in education

Participants must have proven expertise in leadership, training, or quality assurance.
